What Is a Conjunction?
A conjunction is a linking word such as “and, or,
but, so, for, nor, yet, because, before, after, if, as, since, as soon as, even
fi, even though, although, both…and, not only…but also, either…or, neither…nor”.
Conjunctions are used to connect word and word, phrase and phrase, clause and
clause, or sentence and sentence.
For example:

doctor and a nurse

sweet
